Financial Policy
Patient Billing
Thank you for choosing our office for your dental needs. Obtaining dental treatment is very important for your overall health. We do our best to adjust to our patient’s needs in planning for the investment in superior dental health.
We have made, and will continue to make every effort to keep down the cost of our dental care. If you have dental insurance, it can be a wonderful benefit to assist you in paying for your family’s dental care. We will be happy to assist you by processing your claims and paperwork as a courtesy and without charge.
Dental insurance usually pays only a portion of your charges and we urge you to be fully aware of the provisions of your dental plan’s policy. On or before the date of your service, we can estimate the percentages that your policy will cover as long as we can verify your enrollment.
Whether you have insurance, or whether you will be paying for our services without insurance, our policy is that payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in agreement with our office. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
We are sensitive to the fact that some patients may not always be able to pay in full on the date of your treatment. There may be options for additional payment arrangement. However, this must be discussed with our office prior to the actual procedure date.
There is no interest or finance charge on current accounts. After 90 days, all accounts are subject to a finance charge of 1% of the unpaid balance, which is an annual percentage rate of 18% (or a minimum charge of 50 cents).
If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 360-260-4172. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
We look forward to caring for your dental needs.
